Pork Salsa Verde

- 2 pork loins (approximately 2 pounds in all)
- 2 jars Salsa Verde
- Corn or Siete tortillas
- Avocado, cilantro and any other garnishes you would like.
- Trim or just pull the fat from the pork loins and place in slow cooker.
- Add your salsa verde
- Cook on high heat for 4 hours or low for about 6.
- You'll know it's done with you put a fork in the loin and it begins pulls apart easily.
- Shred it so it can soak up the juices.
- Taste and add extra salt, lime, cumin, etc as needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
