It’s so good, we want you to have some!

A few months ago a friend gave me some of this Natualmond almond butter and ever since, I have been sharing my new found treat with many friends.  I love this stuff. I mean really love this stuff! I like to think of myself of a nut butter connoisseur and this is the best one I have had so far. Apparently Naturalmond only uses the highest quality almonds and then they slow roast them, which clearly makes a huge difference in taste.

Second, their freshness is unbeatable.  When I got some the other day (Tuesday), the almond butter was made on Sunday, three days old. How’s that for fresh?? And, the owner, Jaime, whom I had the pleasure of meeting the other day, really cares that their product is the freshest. When I told her I wanted to get a case (you can get a discount for bulk orders!), she was worried we wouldn’t go through it fast enough and suggested we get 6 jars now and 6 later. But then I ensured her, we go through the stuff like water.

Tonight, Tate and I had to fill out a piece of paper with pictures of him on it, for his new class. When I said, what can we tell your class so they learn about you, he said “I like to jump off the high dive (of course — no surprise if yoiu know my son), and that lady’s almond butter, and bugs and”, and I won’t bore you with the rest.  It’s that good!

I gave some to my friend Whitney and she emailed me tonight asking me where to get it and saying “That was the most incredible jar (of almond butter) I have ever eaten! ” She’s so right.  I hope you don’t mind me sharing that W!

I also love that it’s in a glass jar versus some plastic, leaking chemicals into my family’s food.  Big bonus!

Jaime will also be selling almond flour soon. Now that I know I can get the freshest and best quality almonds but Naturalmond, and at $16 for 2 lbs, where say Bob’s Red Mill is anywhere from $9-$12 per 1 pound bag, it’s a no brainer!  She doesn’t have the flour on her web site just yet but you can order her almond butter here. She is also in about 60 local retailers, mainly in GA and the southeast.

So after getting to meet this amazing mom who just recently started her own company months ago (and they’re growing super fast) , we decided it might be fun to do a giveaway.  We will mail three jars of almond butter to the winner.  So, who’s in??

All you have to do is take less than 2 minutes to:

1.  Like Natualmond on Facebook by clicking here

2.  Like Stiritup on Facebook by clicking here, if you haven’t already and/or sign up for my email subscriptions but clicking here.  Make sure you “verify” from your email account after signing up.

3.   And tell me in the comments section of this post once you have done the above.

How easy is that??   The contest starts now, and the end date is Thursday, September 13th at midnight.  Only US participants are eligible to win due to shipping costs. Winner will be determined by random.org.   Good luck and have a great week everyone!!
