Giveaway!

When the weather starts to cool, I really love to bake. Don’t warm baked goods just taste better this time of year? Anyway, y’all may have heard me talk about one of my favorite web sites, MultiplyDelicious.com, by Heather Connell. Through nutrition, she too has healed herself.  And through her blog, she shares many fabulous recipes; some of them are my very favorites that we still make regularly like the Curried Apple Chicken Salad.

Look how cute she is! I bet you are wondering about her bad a** arms, aren’t you? Yeah, she does Cross Fit…

Well, she has recently come out with a BEAUTIFUL paleo desserts book called Paleo Sweets & Treats that I am in love with, and it’s just in time for the Fall and holiday season!

Anyway, all of these recipes are just amazing, and the pictures that go with them will make you drool!! My daughter, who doesn’t really love baked good (paleo or not), has just dog-eared about 9 pages of this book with recipes for us to bake.

There are so many more recipes that I am drying to try, as well, but so far, the Spiced Apple Cakie Cookies are our favorite…

So I know they are called “cakies” and my look more like flat cookies. I’ve never been great with attention to detail or following directions; regardless, they were amazing. I know this will be yet another staple treat around our house. Anyway, you must check out her book!!! You can either get it on Amazon (makes a great gift!) by clicking here, OR you can enter the giveaway!

To celebrate the release of this fabulous book, I thought it would be fun to give away a copy of the book!! Heather was kind enough to donate a copy. All you need to do to enter is:

1. Like my facebook page by clicking here.

2. Like the MultiplyDelicious facebook page by clicking here.

3. And then comment on this page and letting me know you’ve done the two above. And if you aren’t on Facebook, then just comment here and tell us why you want the book!

We will pick a winner this Friday, October 25th.

Only US participants are eligible to win. Winner will be determined by random.org.   Good luck and have a great week everyone!!

I was the queen of Halloween parties and fall baking. Now i am trying hard to eat Paleo. My family is missing all the baked goods I used to make, but if I make them, I will eat them, starting the cascade of declining health issues for me.
